I love to use a fondue pot to serve my dips in to keep them warm. Yes, you can use a crock pot but they usually are so large and better for soups. This fondue pot has a multitude of uses and if you don’t have one to pull out, it might become your favorite serving piece.

Or, maybe you have a fondue pot you haven’t used in years–pull it out to serve your dips!  Dust it off and start using it as fondue pots are back in!

  1. Can this be made with regular brown rice? I don’t like the taste of instant rice.
    thanks! Sounds good.

  2. That’s fine! I wanted the recipe to resemble Stuffed Cabbage which has a little sweetness but the brown sugar certainly can be left out or adjusted. Thanks for the suggestion as I am sure there’s others that will like it without the sugar too! I think this was my most made recipe this season from KITCHEN 101.
