I use my food processor all the time whenever I need to chop ingredients. Honestly, I think food processors are time savers. Of course, I use the largest size Cuisinart because I cook so much and I admit I’m a Cuisinart snob. I think they’re the best food processors made. No one is paying me to say so! I’ve had my Cuisinart for so many years. Imagine how much I’ve chopped and mixed with all my cooking. However, after being at my mom’s house, she pulled out her mini food processor. I was surprised how much I liked using it. These mini food processors chop great, mix well and don’t take up much space. For a small family or a quick recipe, the mini Cuisinart is a super choice. This is my mom’s exact mini Cuisinart and I recommend it! She just bought me one for a present.
