Now, I keep the ingredients in my pantry to make this delicious easy bar cookie recipe whenever I want a fast and fantastic treat. I only would only give easy Halloween cookie recipes that are also even better for you. This year I got into the Halloween spirit and used red and yellow food coloring to make the filling orange. Halloween Cookies Kids LOVE! Ooey Gooey Bars Make Delicious Easy Halloween Treats
What Halloween homemade treat can be better than orange and black? Of course, I have easy Halloween cookie recipes and I especially like making bar cookies. They are easier to make in one pan and you don’t have to stand in the kitchen making cookies. Use dark chocolate chips for better health and rich chocolate contrast in flavor to the sweet orange cream cheese filling! You sometimes can find orange food coloring, but if not, just use red and yellow. For a switch, you can also use a Devil’s Food cake mix for a “black” chocolate bottom. I have done that too so have fun with the recipe. If your scared of cooking, this recipe will cure that fear!! Boo!!! Check out my other easy Halloween recipes

Try These Oven Mitts When Baking Your Easy Halloween Cookie Recipes-Come in Orange?
I have these silicon oven mitts and love them. I think they are easier to grasp hold of the pan and use since they are short. Personally, these are my favorite because they don’t get dirty. My pot holders all look horrible even after I wash them. They are inexpensive, easy to store and do the job.
They also make a cute gift (for yourself). HALLOWEEN SPECIAL: Enter BOO for 25% discount on my cookbooks:
