Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1/4ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted (buy already toasted)
- 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Boston or red tip lettuce leaves

Instructions
- In large nonstick skillet, cook meat, onion, and garlic over medium heat 7 minutes, or until done. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in pepper flakes, hoisin sauce, ginger, sesame seeds, vinegar, and green onion.
- Divide mixture on lettuce leafs, wrap to eat.

Terrific Tip: One of my favorite tips is buy already toasted sesame seeds which is a time saver! You can find the toasted sesame seeds in the spice or Asian section of the grocery.
