Looking for Easy Healthy Desserts this St Patrick’s Day?
Wow, if you are looking for easy healthy desserts look no further than this velvety Frozen Pistachio Pudding Dessert Pie! My husband said this Frozen Pistachio Pie is his new favorite dessert. It is so easy to make with only 6 ingredients, I made it two ways. First, I bought a pre-made chocolate crust and used fat free ice cream for an extra easy, yet delicious treat, and for the second option I used chocolate graham crackers and a little butter to make the crust and used fat free yogurt – and both are sooooo good. My Green Velevet Cake and Green King cake are green dessert recipes you must check out for St. Patrick’s Day. Remember, I feature healthy easy recipes on my healthy food blog so you can enjoy them all.
