  1. I have a question about the Peanut Butter Cookies.
In the recipe there is not flour listed. Please let me know, would love to try these cookies.
Thank you very much for this information.

  2. I have your cookbook – Trim and Terrific – (2002). Could you please let me know the servings size of most of the soups in the cookbook. Serving sizes are not listed for soups as well as certain other recipes.

    Thank you.

  3. In my earlier books, I didn’t specify the measurement and the analysis is based on the larger number. You can say most of the soups are based on 1 cup measurements. I hope this is helpful.

  4. Holly, can I make the crawfish fettuccine two-three days ahead of time and leave in the refrigerator in a casserole dish and then heat up to eat? Will it like most things ‘season’ at bit and be better?

  5. You can definitely make the Crawfish Fettuccine ahead of time and just keep in the refrigerator. It will even taste better! I would reheat covered at 325 so it gets heated through. You can heat up individually in the microwave.
